1. What Pefiy is

Pefiy is a simulation engine for educational purposes. Not financial advice. Pefiy lets you test market narratives and theses against historical market data and record forecasts on a public credibility record. No money is ever staked, invested, transferred, or at risk on Pefiy, and nothing on Pefiy is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. No financial advice

Simulations replay historical data; past performance does not predict future results. Forecasts, grades, consensus figures, and simulated returns shown on Pefiy are educational information only. Pefiy is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. Make investment decisions with a licensed professional, not with Pefiy.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google and choose a public handle. You are responsible for activity under your account. Handles that impersonate others or are offensive may be reclaimed or removed.

4. Your forecasts are public

The product is a public credibility record: forecasts you make, their grades, and the theses you test are published under your handle and remain part of the public ledger. Do not make a forecast you are not willing to see graded in public. Your email address is never published.

5. Acceptable use

• No automated, bulk, or manipulated forecasting intended to game the record
• No attempts to disrupt, probe, or overload the service
• No unlawful use, and no representation of Pefiy output as professional advice

6. Availability and changes

Pefiy is an early-stage product provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features, data, and these terms may change; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pefiy is not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made after viewing simulations, forecasts, or grades.
